D.J. DUNCAN is the President and Executive Director of this benevolent organization. With over 35 years of experience he has assisted the poor and preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ world wide. Helping Hand International is led by Rev. Duncan along with attorneys Tom Thurlow, Martina Hearn and secretary Sandra Duncan.
